Do you have a physical store?

Currently, Wood Wood Toys exists only in Cyberspace! We began Wood Wood Toys in 2017 with a mission to give previously loved wooden toys a new lease on life. Since then, our business has grown to include brand new products from the world's best brands and some of the coolest collectible and vintage non-wood toys of yesteryear. We don't have a physical store yet, but nothing is out of the question!

Do you offer local pickup or drop off?

Updated July 2021:

We now offer free local pickup and delivery in the Quinte West area (Belleville, Prince Edward County, and the surrounding area). See our shipping info page for more details.

Year-round local pickup and home delivery services are no longer available in Toronto. We will be offering our Toronto area delivery services during the holiday season.

Do you offer free shipping?

All orders over $99 CAD qualify for free shipping to addresses in Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces. Orders over $139 CAD qualify for free shipping to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and the Territories.

Free shipping is available for US orders above $129 USD (approximate, depending on current exchange rate).

Please note that the free shipping calculation takes into account any promo codes, coupons or discount codes; the total must be greater than the free shipping thresholdd before tax and after any discounts are applied.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer Sezzle payments to let you buy now, pay later. You can split your entire online purchase into 4 interest-free payments, over 6 weeks with no impact to your credit.

We cannot always respond to every application, but we do consider each one that crosses our desk. If you are a Canadian parent or educator and you are passionate about open-ended creative play with beautiful toys, we'd love to hear from you.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do! Gift cards can be purchased here, simply put the intended recipient's email in the "ship to" address at checkout and the gift card code will be emailed directly to them! There are no processing fees on our cards, and they never expire!

Do you offer education pricing?

We are committed to supporting the educators, classroom support workers, daycares, drop-in centres and school programs with fair pricing and excellent products. Please visit our education pricing page here:

Do you offer wholesale products?

We do not offer wholesale pricing on most products, but we will consider requests for quantity pricing for our own Wood Wood Toys branded products. Please contact us for more information (minimum purchase quantities apply).

Where will my order ship from?

We ship everything we sell from our family-run warehouse in Belleville, Ontario Canada.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Within Ontario, most deliveries arrive within 3-5 days., Orders going outside of the province are typically delivered within 5-7 days across Canada. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

International shipping times are longer; deliveries to the USA typically arrive within 10 days, deliveries to Europe, Australia, Asia or Africa can take longer.

I don't live in Canada, can I still buy from you?

Yes! Because wooden toys are often heavy, international shipping rates can be expensive, but we are still happy to send our great products to wherever you are. Products with shipping restrictions are indicated in the product descriptions. Your costs will be calculated at the checkout screen.

Certain brands (ex Grapat, Grimm's) cannot be shipped to addresses outside of Canada. Items with shipping restrictions are clearly identified in the product descriptions; any orders placed for these items to an international address will be cancelled and a cancelation fee will be applied.

How do I track my order?

After your transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your item ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an order tracking link. 

Please note that some standard international shipping rates do not include tracking, so please consider selecting an expedited option with tracking and insurance for your order.

What materials do you use, are your toys safe?

We love wood, and nearly all of our toys are made entirely of wood but some may have plastic or metal components. These are usually noted in product descriptions. We are an eco friendly business, and our Previously Loved toys have the smallest eco footprint; instead of consuming new materials and packaging, a re-gifted toy offers unlimited fun with a nearly invisible impact on the environment.

Our new products are produced by manufacturers who share our attitudes and philosophy, using renewable wood sources and non-toxic or organic paints and dyes, and as little paper/plastic packaging as possible. Wherever we can, we put the planet first.

Our Made in Canada products are all made by hand with Canadian wood and non-toxic paints, dyes and finishes. In most cases, water-based classroom grade acrylic paint is used. While these products are safe and pose no risk to mouthing infants, we do not recommend that any wooden toy be used as a teething toy unless specifically designed for that purpose.

What if I don't like my product?

We are proud to offer a full 30 day refund policy, starting with the date you receive your order (or December 25th for holiday purchases and gifts). If you're unhappy for any reason, ship the item(s) back to us and we will refund your money. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in any original packaging supplied with the product. Find out more here.

What if the price drops after I buy it?

We offer full 30 day Price Protection for any purchase made through our website. If you see that the price has gone down within 30 days of your purchase, contact us and we will credit you the difference. 

My purchase is a gift! Can you leave out the invoice/waybill/confirmation etc?

As a general rule, we don't include any paper invoicing in our packaging. We like trees, so we do everything via email! If you'd like, we can include a personalized card with any order - just make sure that you get in touch with us before the order ships!

Do you buy wooden toys?

We do not currently accept requests from individuals or organizations seeking to sell their previously loved wooden toys, but we would be happy to refer you to a worthy charity in your community that may be happy to receive your gently loved donation!
