Safety is serious business, especially when it comes to play. We take safety seriously, and we are proud to be able to provide assurance that every product we sell or resell meets ASTM F963 safety standards. We only work with trusted suppliers and vendors that are able to provide thorough documentation of the testing and certification processes undertaken to achieve this standard. Samples from products obtained from overseas suppliers are periodically tested in Canada to provide an extra degree of assurance. Your safety is our first priority,

Some of the ways that we keep your safety in mind include the use of water-based acrylic paints, non-toxic food-grade adhesives and thoughtful designs that eliminate small parts. However, children should always be supervised when playing with any toys in any environment, and we do not recommend that any toy be used with mouthing children.

In no event shall Wood Wood Toys be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of any toy purchased herein. You agree and acknowledge that any product purchased should be used at your own risk and you should assess the risks individual to your child before purchasing any product or using any product with or on your child. You agree that in the event that Wood Wood Toys is deemed liable for any harm caused, the amount which it shall be liable to you shall be limited to the cost of the product. In no event should you allow your child to use this product unattended as it any toy may present a choking hazard.
