Expedited shipping options avaialble at checkout. Deliveries to remote addresses may take longer. Winter weather can cause unexpected delays. Deliveries to PO Boxes can be unreliable, please provide a residential address and we will ship your tracked order via a courier service whenever possible.

Shipping Restirctions

Certain brands (Grapat, Grimm's) cannot be shipped to addresses outside of Canada. Items with shipping restrictions are clearly identified in the product descriptions; any orders placed for these items to an international address will be cancelled and a cancelation fee will be applied.

Free Shipping

All orders over $99 CAD qualify for free shipping to Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba & Atlantic Canada! All orders over $139 CAD qualify for free shipping to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan & the Territories!

Free shipping is available for US orders above $159 USD (approximate, depending on current exchange rate).

Please note that the free shipping calculation takes into account any promo codes, coupons or discount codes; the total must be greater than the free shipping threshold before tax and after any discounts are applied.

Free Home Delivery in Bay of Quinte area!

In 2021, our little family moved to a new home in Eastern Ontario and we've brought our little toy store with us!

We will no longer offer free home delivery and curbside pickup for our customers in Toronto, but we are happy to offer our free drop-off service to our valued customers (and new neighbours) in Belleville and the Bay of Quinte area!

If you are in our delivery zone, the free delivery option will automatically be available at checkout. We serve these communities:

• Trenton
• Wellington, Picton, Bloomfield (Prince Edward County)
• Stirling and area
