Claims must be through the dealer or point of purchase. Trojan reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the dealer at dealer price, at its discretion. Claims are limited to one occurrence per item purchased. Trojan reserves the right to limit, change or modify the terms of this warranty at its sole discretion without notice at any time.
