Free Home Delivery Policy

We launched our free home delivery program in the spring of 2020 to help our friends and neighbours during the COVID-19 health crisis. We are strongly committed to helping Canadian families enjoy open-ended play in a safe and affordable way.

Delivery Area (Holiday 2020 Policy)

Because of the heavy volume of holiday shopping orders, Free Home Delivery now only applies to addresses with postal codes starting with M5, M6 or M8.

Delivery Dates

Your purchase will be delivered within four business days of ordering. If you need your purchase sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate special requests.

Product Restrictions

Free local delivery can be applied to all products in stock in our Toronto inventory.

Regular shipping rates apply to orders shipped from our overseas suppliers (Wood Wood Toys Imports).

Free Curbside Pickup

Our free curbside pickup policy is also still in effect, please use the code FREEPICKUP at checkout. Purchases can be picked up from our location in the Dufferin Grove neighbourhood, you will receive detailed instructions after your order is processed.
