I am returning an item I purchased
We will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
I am returning an item I received as a gift
We will issue a refund in the form of an electronic store credit.
How do I return?
- Visit https://myaccount.woodwoodtoys.ca
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Items within 45 days from the date of delivery
- The item(s) must be in the same condition you purchased them in and in the original undamaged packaging.
- In the original packaging with all labels attached
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Some clearance items (if applicable)
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item you are returning is defective or if you were sent the incorrect product, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item or items back to us.
If you've changed your mind about the item or if it doesn't suit you for whatever reason, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions, we will always be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
How will my refund be calculated?
Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid at time of purchase, less any shipping charges. If the returned item(s) causes the original order's subtotal to fall below the free shipping threshold, or if an international order that qualified for free shipping is returned in full, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items that are returned without their original packaging are subject to a restocking fee.
Want to cancel your order before it ships? Get in touch with us through our online chat or via email (reply to your order confirmation) and we will look after you Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Eastern).
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee on special orders, foreign currency transactions and any other circumstance at the proprietor’s discretion.
The item I received is defective!
If the purchased product is faulty, please let us know within 7 days of the delivered date.
What counts as "Defective"?
Any product with visible damage or defective workmanship that interferes with the safe enjoyment of the product is considered defective.
Because of the nature of wooden and hand-made toys, cosmetic inconsistencies (i.e. visible wood grain or knots, marks caused by tools, evidence of hand painting, etc) are not considered defects.
All Previously Loved toys are cleaned and inspected before shipping. Evidence of "playwear", minor marks or scuffs, or other characteristics of previously-played-with items are not considered defects. Wood Wood Toys makes every effort to indicate condition in product descriptions.
Can the items be exchanged?
Yes! If you've changed your mind and would like to exchange your item for another, please submit a RMA request and indicate which items you'd like to exchange it for in the notes.
What are the refund options?

- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. If you are in the Bay of Quinte area, you can drop your items off in person.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
